Raoul is a Dutch hotel entrepreneur at heart. His career started with the successful completion of hotel management studies in Switzerland at “Les Roches”, where after he has built a 25+ years career with corporate branded hotels and privately-owned hotels in Europe, and the Russian Federation, focused on hotel operations, pre-opening & start-up and business recovery of hotels in distress. Raoul is a passionate recruiter with a track record of placing the best talent with the best hotels and restaurants worldwide. Also, he actively works with MRICS property surveyors and brokers such as Cushman & Wakefield, Horwath HTL, and is the Team Coordinator for Hospitality Advisory Services offered by the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development.
